Do you want to lose weight in 7 days?



Most people want to lose weight as quickly as possible. I appreciate your desire. However, losing weight in 7 days is not an easy job.

Here are a few tips before you start your weight loss journey.

Stay committed

Why you want to lose weight?

Explain at least three reasons. Write these reasons on a piece of paper. Place it on your table or bed where you can see it daily.

Ponder a little. What are these reasons?

Now write a goal for yourself. Suppose you want to lose weight 5 pounds in a period of 7 days. Write this goal and promise yourself that you are going to achieve it no matter how much time it takes.

Stick to your goal

You want to lose weight and you have realized that it will take some time. You are ready to proceed further.

Make a mental image of the body condition you want. Imagine your slim body and say to yourself that you
are going to achieve this condition.

Stick to your goal and make the necessary efforts to achieve it.

Exercise and diet

Exercise routines and diet plans are related issues. Make a diet plan and design your exercise routines.

Please consult your doctor for this purpose. Cardio exercises are the best to lose weight in 7 days. 30 to 45 minutes cardiovascular exercise is enough for a day. Please do not cross this time limit.

To lose weight in 7 days we have to make some big healthy changes. Follow a healthy diet plan and a correct exercise routine and you will see the results in a few days.

Lose your 1st pound and enjoy it!

Please note that I have your best interest in my heart. I want you to lose weight in 7 days but you may not accomplish this goal in your first attempt.

      It is easy to lose 2 pounds after losing 1st pound because you are preparing your self for the great changes that are necessary for weight loss. When you get ready for exercise and dieting routines weight loss will be easy for you.
