How you should lose weight

You are a unique person. One person, 1 article or even a doctor cannot help you lose weight. You will have to find out your own way to lose weight. When you know your path, you can walk on it and others can help you.
If you do not know your goals, you cannot succeed. Here are some tips generalized for you. You can use these tips to know your weight loss path.

When you have decided to lose weight, you can find millions of articles on this single topic. Many experts will tell you how to lose weight, which diet should you take, exercise routines and the list goes on.
What should be your choice?

I wrote this article because I want to share something important with you.

1 year ago, I learned a quote from Mr. Bill Gates (Founder of Microsoft). He said" Sometimes you just have to follow your intuition".

I want to change this quote a little bit. I want to say," All times you just have to follow your intuition."

In this information technology, Tons of information is available on internet.
Knowledge is good.

Too much advice makes you confuse. When you are confused, you cannot take a decision.
When you want to lose weight, you go to Google and type "How to lose weight." Ten best sites appear. You click on them. You read an article and you start following the advice.

In 99% of the cases, you will not get the desired result. You will come back to Google and try something different.

You will join a gym. You will consult your doctor. Still you are not getting desired results.

Do you know why?

Because you are not listening to yourself but you will listen to everyone in the world. Most people want to look smart because of a number of reasons:
• They look fat and it is embarrassing.
• Fear of losing love. They do not feel attractive. Their spouse will lose interest in them.
• Fear of poor health
I just mentioned three factors. You can have 50% success if you can write why you want to lose weight.

Why does it feel embarrassing?

What will happen if you are not able to lose weight?

Please answer these questions.
Let me state the answer.

You want to lose weight because you want to feel better.

Most people are living a stressful life. Life is hard and things are not working for them. If you want to lose weight, you will have to make some changes.

• Write an achievable goal and stick with your goal until it is complete. Only you can decide whether you can accomplish this goal or not.
• Consult your physician. Ask their opinion. Make your own diet plan. Design your own exercise routines. Now compare these two. Which one feels better? Do you want to follow your physician or your feelings? Decision is yours.
• Stick with your decision. Feel confident about yourself. Love yourself and do the job.
• Have fun while exercise. Enjoy your meals. Cook your meals and make your own diet plans. Do not follow someone else advice. Others cannot guide you toward the right path.
• Follow your feelings. Trust yourself. First, trust yourself and then trust your doctor.
• Feel good about yourself.
