How to breathe properly

In this article, I want to point out some mistakes and then I would like to discuss simple methods for breathing effectively.

Basic problem

We are living in information technology. You can have knowledge available on your fingertips.

You do not need another article on breathing. You know the benefits of proper breathing. Then why you should read this article?


When we are facing certain problems in our life, it is not due to lack of information. Mr. Dale Carnegie suggested this statement:
“Our problem is in action”

We do not need information. We need inspiration to do something. In this case, we have to take some inspired actions.

We all know, we are capable of achieving any thing in life but we are not doing the right things.


Common mistake

I have watched many adults. They are breathing with their nostrils only. It is not the right method. We have to breathe deeply and completely.

Your belly and chest should be involved in the process of breathing.
We owe our lives to this breathing procedure. Taking deep breaths will help you:

• Lose weight
• It is good for your heart
• It is expected that you will live longer

Proper breathing methods

Proper breathing is the basis of yoga, meditation, or exercise. You can gain double profit from your exercise if you are breathing deeply.

Here are some steps for proper breathing:
• Inhale long breaths. Your chest and lungs should expand. Let the air circulate through your blood.
• Breathe through your diaphragm.
• Exhale completely
I do not want to go into complications. Breathing is simple and let it be simple. Smile and breathe deeply.
It will take practice but in a period of seven days, you will practice the habit of breathing deeply.
Please remember these steps:
• Do not try to alter your breath patterns
• Observe your breath and follow it. By time, you will get the rhythm of your body.
• Full breaths may seem unnatural to you, but do not stop your exercise. It is important for you to breathe deeply. It is good for your health and life.
Breathing is life.

What you can get from proper breathing?

Here is the answer.

• You will gain concentration and focus.
• A sense of inner peace and happiness will surround you.
• The basis of meditation and yoga is breathing. If you cannot join yoga class or meditation groups, breathe properly and you will gain the benefits of meditation.

• You will feel relaxed and happy.

• You will feel refreshed and this feeling will help you cope up with the trials and problems of daily life.
• Your performance will increase
