How to lose weight with walking?



Walking is the simplest form of exercise. It is the easiest method to lose weight and to live a long and healthy life.

Walking can help you lose weight and with regular exercise you will be able to maintain your ideal weight.

It is important to lose weight but it is also important to maintain your weight once you have achieved your goal.

If you want to lose weight with walking, you will have to follow a specific walking program. Make a schedule.

You will have to walk 30 to 60 minutes daily. Start with a little goal. Let’s say you want to lose 3 pounds in a period of 30 days. You can easily achieve this target by walking.

You should start your walking routine with 30 minutes daily and than gradually increase your timings to 60 minutes.

I love walking in greenery and for most of us walking is a hobby.
Keep in mind:

1. Have fun during exercise. Find a partner who has the same weight loss goals. Keep talking to your partner and enjoy the journey.

2. Walk at a comfortable pace. Let me explain. Everyone has his own comfort zone. To achieve success we have to come out of our comfort zone and enter into our effort zone. To lose 3 pounds you will have to come out of your comfort zone but I don’t want you to put your self into stress.

3. If you feel pain during exercise, stop at once and consult your doctor. Walking is not meant to be painful. If you are tired, walk slowly or just walk for 10 to 15 minutes. Don’t take stress.

Before you start your walking routine let me share these 3 points:

1. Take at least 5 minutes to warm up your self. Do not skip this step. Regular walking offers many benefits.

• Walking will help you live a long life.
• It is great for your heart. Cardiovascular exercises are necessary for your heart. When you have warmed up yourself, you are ready for a heavy dose of exercise.

2. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You should feel comfortable while you are walking. Track suits and exercise dresses are easily available in the market. You can choose from them according to your own needs.

3. After 30 to 45 minutes walking, slow down. Take rest while you are walking slowly. Drink 2 glasses of water to provide yourself glucose.
